There’s a reason that Jesus sent his disciples out “two by two.” We all need support, and ministry is so much more fun when we have companions on the journey. That’s why we seek to offer ways for adults ministering with youth in congregations to gather for training, networking, resource sharing, and learning best practices.

Youth and Formation Leader Network

Something we hear often from adults who serve in youth and formation ministry is a desire to connect with colleagues, share resources, and learn best practices. We are currently hosting a monthly meeting on Zoom  where youth and formation leaders can do exactly that. These meetings are open to leaders who are paid or volunteer, part time or full time, clergy or lay. Read more about how to connect with the Youth and Formation Leader Network.

Plan-It

Plan-It is a guided planning and sharing experience for those responsible for youth ministry. Review essential youth ministry lenses, planning tools, and usable templates. Participants design a well-balanced, one year framework, with an emphasis on self- care and building a leadership producing culture.
