The next meeting of the diocesan Peace & Justice Committee will be Tuesday, April 5, from 5 – 6:15 pm on Zoom. The committee will discuss the Indigenous People’s Rights Resolution moving to General Convention and highlight the upcoming workshop in our diocese on Thursday, April 7 from 7:30 -8:30 (see more detailed announcement in this newsletter); work for justice in Palestine/Israel and the Apartheid Resolution moving to General Convention; (Criminal) Justice work in the diocese; Youth Education, “Tell Me the Truth about Racism,” in the diocese; The National March on Washington, June 18, 2022; the national events sponsored by Episcopal Peace Fellowship; and the committee’s budget for 2022.
